This policy explains how FreshBake with Ranjita (“FreshBake”, “we”, or “us”) handles information when you use this website, create a student account, contact us, or register for a course or workshop.

Information we collect

Depending on the feature you use, we may receive your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, contact message, account credentials, course or workshop selections, order and payment references, and technical information needed to secure and operate the site. Passwords are stored as password hashes. Card and bank credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not collected by this site.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, provide purchased classes and workshops, process and confirm payments, respond to questions, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, database storage, payment processing, email delivery, and image hosting. Payment checkout is provided by Razorpay. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, cart, form-draft, and privacy-preference features. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow analytics in the consent banner, and only when a measurement ID is configured. You can reject optional analytics or clear your browser storage at any time.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
